Re: MOVIT brakes

From what my son tells me (he's an auto mechanic) I get this sever shuttering on occasion in my steering wheel (while not using the brakes just driving), that is caused by the pads hitting the rotors and the backside of the rotors have almost wavy ridges on them now. It seems with MOVIT sport rotors (made for Lamborghini's) the pads ride 1mm from the rotors so the front bearings must be perfect, if not you will wreck the rotors and get this shuttering problem. So he figured I should get new rotors, pads and front bearings and these beasts will be perfect once again. I know it's easy for him to say buy new stuff since I'm paying...I'm sure if it was his car he'd find a way to fix things a whole lot cheaper.
