i've been getting shifts at 6250 as well. seems like the redline is only there for decoration, since there's no possible way that we can run past it. i had actually thought about figuring out a way to install a manually-adjustable rev limiter so i could limit revs to like maybe 4500 or 5k just to keep things safe, but dial it up to 6500 in the event of an emergency such as pulling up at a stoplight next to a loudmouthed civic
