The power light comes on if you push the gas pedal down fast - it changes where the transmission shifts. This is normal, not to worry about. Not sure about the slow shift - sometimes you are just at the wrong speed and the tranny doesn't know where to go when you floor it.
Look in the how to lockers for pulling up engine codes so you can find out what code was flashing your check engine light
Cleaning and lubing the sunroof track will help.
