There is a reason john only got a 16 out of his 5mt...
#1 he doesn't know how to drive the car properly
#2 He was having a couple issues with his car at the time.
I doubt I will drag my 5mt I am building right now but I can almost gaurentee a sub 14 sec car out of it BONE STOCK. An automatic is just push the pedal and go where as a 5/6mt takes the ability to control the launch and be able to shift the car in a split second. Every car is different so you need to know your car. When I took that 1 run in shotgunslade's car... I hadn't touched that thing since I did his 5mt swap. I was just going by the seat of my pants. With some more seat time I could have that at a sub 14.5 car. When I build it, I build it for speed and reliability and I know what I am doing
