does this include the TC? I am interested, and if someone wants one to rebulid I can sell them the one out of mine (1 and 2 work but 3rd slips into neutral) for their needs. If the other guy falls through and you cant ship, then mabye I could meet? but gas is pretty bad... well just let me know
