As far as I know,
It should slot straight in. The only thing that may need fitting up is the wiring, for the No.1 speed sensor. It is driven by the front diff on the JDM trans. On the Aust. it is in the box, should not be a problem to alter the wiring to reach the front diff.
You don't need the TCU or ECU, as the Aust is better, no speed limiter, less emission controls. The tail shaft is the same as is the cross member. Do you know the code number of the box, AA,BA,CA?
