I buy a good 1k or so a year from them. THEY ARE GREAT to me. I've never ordered but over the phone. Call them and ask for Russ (he's the manager). They even take Subie Bucks at their prices. Case in point my rear struts went bad. Called 'em up and they sent out new ones (arrived 24 hours later) even before receiving my bad ones back. Didn't even charge me to ship the new ones back out which of course is their loss even though it wasn't their fault Subaru gave them struts that lasted 1400 miles.
Russ will get it straight. Occationally, I have had issues with them finding time to get stuff shipped out but any busy place will be like that.
