i have two very important questions today.

1. what should i do about the belly pan bolts that keep breaking off?

2. when i look from the front underside towards the rear, with the belly pan removed, should i see a toothed fly wheel-like part ( i know this is an auto trans, but...) Shouldn't there be some kind of cover over this flywheel-like thing?
