I have to agree, my latest shipment from them was a 70mm telescope labeled "extremely fragile". The box that was once rectangular arrived looking like it had fallen off the truck and been kicked to my door. Luckily the telescope optics were undamaged, but I wont buy anything from Ebay now if the seller ships UPS.
