A couple years ago, GM showed the Saturn Sky concept. It went largely unnoticed because, in my opinion, it was
ugly. It seems that GM totally restyled it based on a Vauxhall concept - the VX Lightning. Figure that GM killed two birds with one stone - they got rid of styling nobody liked while building a car they can easily rebadge as a Vauxhall for Europe.
But regardless of the styling, it's still a Saturn. They say so.
As far as I know, the platform is American developed and manufactured. Will it be shared with European models? Undoubtably, I would expect.
