Thanks for the quick answers. OK, it's for the EGR. I'm not planning on using the EGR for this build. I'm putting it in a Porsche 914 (it was meant to have a flat 6 in it!). The only downfall I can see without the EGR is maybe slightly higher temps? I thought I read somewhere that with a functioning EGR your engine temps are slightly lower. Either way I'll make a blockoff plate and seal it. Thanks
