Tread depth is measured in 32nds not treadwear rating.
Most tire treadwear rating are a 3 digit number, 400, 420, 380. Those numbers are specific to that manufacture. They are compared to the other tires in their line. They are not compared to other tire manufactures tires or their treadwear rating. Unlike traction and temperature there is no set standard for treadwear rating between manufactures.
