The one who had the stroke didn't hit the car it turns out. It was the dauther-in-law who orginally said she did it. I felt horrible going over to the house to talk to them about it, because I found out that the father had died on Thursday. I told them that I was deeply sorry for their loss and asked if I could do anything for their family.
The son said he's going to pay for the damage his wife did but he gave me a hard time about it. I understand that he's going through a lot so I tried to be as polite as possible about it.
