Recently I killed my battery, rear wiper was stuck on some ice overnight and caused a short, drained the battery completely. No juice left at all. I got jumped and the battery recovered, it will start the car just fine now.

However there is a new problem that started just after this. When I come to a stop, the engine RPM dips and rises, near the stalling point, and occasionally does stall before i come to a stop. Funny thing is though, once I have stopped, if it didn't stall, the idle becomes normal again, no dipping, runs smooth. This only happens when I'm stopping, around 1 to 10 mph range. No other times. Could this be related to the battery drawing a lot still on the alternator or could there be a more serious electrical problem?
I am unsure but could the torque converter lockup switch be acting up?
