a side remark about "altezza's"...
i agree wholeheartedly with subafreak when he says that the only car they belong on is the toyota altezza (aka lexus is300).. what strikes me as interesting is that a couple of non-toyota manufacturers have picked them up in their regular USDM lineup.. the new nissan altima has 'em.. i believe the latest crappy iteration of the mitsu has a sort of "carbon-fiber-look" altezza as stock taillights.. it's kind of weird, and i really don't like it one bit. the worst is trucks sporting altezza's... just sad.

actually, no, that's not the worst.. i saw a GENUINE e36 bmw m3 (fantastic car, wonderfully balanced, razor sharp in nearly all aspects) with altezza's!! honestly!! nothing says "I don't give a f***" like $75 taillights on a $40,000 car...
