Question TCU plug...Need Help!!

Ill try and make this as short as possible.

About 3 weeks ago I put the quick change into my svx, it was shifting erratically and I didnt really like it so I took it out....While taking it out I ended up ruining the plug by yanking out a couple of wires; So i went to my local junkyard and was able to cut out the plug from the svx there.

Now on the Biggest TCU plug (The main plug used in installing the quick change). I was able to wire it all back up originally for the most part, but there are two identical wires that are green with a red stripe. With the first combination the svx seems peppy and shifting nice, but when coming to a stop or turning kinda sharp there seems to be a jump in the tranny and it doesnt seem right.

When I switch the wire around to the other possible combination, the car seems to lose all of its pep but shifts smoother, but also slower, but i mean there is a noticeable difference. The wires are the same exact shade of green with the same shade red stripe, and the rest of the connecter i have wire nutted together, and it all looks good to go

Im just wishing that I wouldnt have messed with the quick change. But does anyone have any input or troubleshooting; FYI ive tried both combinations with the resistor plugged in and unplugged and there doesnt seem to be a difference.

Thanks All
