Yep, you'll be happy to know the meet does indeed include some travel time.
This particular meet is probably considered a tour, since most of the time we will be driving and going on a preplanned route. Should be scenic with some decent driving roads too. Of course there will be plenty of time at the stops to chat and talk shop too.
