Ok, first of all, the report a post button is the little triangle with red around it and a 1 in the certer which is in the upper right hand corner of the page. Click on it and give the reason it needs to be reported. If you put the cursor over it, the description will show what the button does. A mod or administrator will move it to the right forum. Sometimes we miss it, so you can help report it if it is in the wrong place.
Next, there is one person who does the membership review and sometimes they get behind. I try to check from time to time, but sometimes we miss that someone is trying to join. If you know the person or of someone, please let me know. If I hear of this, I will do it "NOW". We have to do this manually because we get bots and spam other wise. You see that we still do get some of this even with manually verifing the new members. It would help if people would put their phone and location on their application to help verify who they are. If anyone has a problem, let me know and I will verify them and accept them as a member. If I don't know that there is a problem, I can't solve it. An administrator is the only one who can verify members, and not mods.
We are going to make a big upgrade soon and then we are going to look at mods again and we will go from there. There are going to be some changes as well, and we will do one step at a time. I am not trying to stall this from happening, but we need to do this in an organized fashon.
If anyone has a problem, please let me know. Many mods may be here but you don't see them here while they are reviewing posts or other information. There are a few that have not been here in quite a while. The suggestion of more mods is a good one and we will try to fix this problem in the near future.
One other thing I want you to think about, is how many times have signed in and found the site not up and running. No, I have not found that either. That is because of Chris and a couple others who keep this site going 24/7. There are few sites that have not had any down time in several years. We are constantly fixing and upgrading equipment to keep this site up to a high standard. I just wanted you to think about it is all.
