Yeah, pretty much all of you gets cold. Those boots in the pictures are reasonably warm, but cold feet and hands are pretty much unavoidable. I have some plastic double boots that are really warm, but they are kind of clunky for ice climbing; they are more of a mountain boot.
The hands are the worst though. Brrrrrr.
