Now, after reading the whole thread that was linked by someone esle (thank you for that), it appears that YT is going out of his way to help you with your issues.
Long distance clearly makes things harder, but that was a risk you took when using his services.
If YT was ignoring you and not trying to help with a solution, I could see the issue. But that is not the case.
With that, I hope your issues get resolved to your standards.
