Well assuming every bolt comes off, you're using air tools and it is on a lift maybe 3 hours. In a yard add 3 hours. If you run into any issues at all add 1-3 hours. Since you're asking I'm assuming it's your bleeding time add another 3 hours to do it right. If you haven't memorized what all needs to come off prior to doing it from a FSM add yet another 3 hours.
Total 3-12 hours give or take.
Tools various extensions a 8. 10, 12, 14, 17 and 19mm ratchets and wrenches. Breaker bar for the rear diff, phillips head screw driver. Pry pars and a BFH should do it.
