yeah the fixed glass is going to be the worst. subaru patened the process of vacum forming the glass into the door so it's not exactly glued in. the moveable glass should be easy.
id say around 2500 - 3000 for the lot depending whare you go.
and you , my friend, are a better man than i. i would have gotten really big and green on his @ss.
