I am not sure how to replace that fixed glass. It is glued in place and the rubber molding is bonded to it. It doesn't look easy. You may want replace the entire door.

Following that logic, since the windshield is also glued in place, then if I crack it I should just replace the entire car.
The upper and lower glass are both replaceable. Replacing the entire door is not necessary.
