Who told you that, the dealer? That's a good one and a H2 isn't a Suburban gone square. Unfortunately, yes, it is man.
When you can strip the body off and use the frame and much of the rolling chasis on the a Silverado it is quite the same. Why do you think GM is doing their best to sell every SUV they can build? It isn't because they prefer selling them over other cars, they simply make 4x as much selling a $50k Escalade then a $30k minivan because of the parts sharing and shear numbes of PUs made in a year. No offense to you or anybody else out there but if I can make one PUV driver come to their senses the world will be a better place.
