In fact, I got the impression you were expected to have parts numbers ready to ask them for, which implied to me it was a "trade only" site.

Can anybody outline the navigation sequence required to get to this section of the site, in words of one syllable or less, and with no skipped click-throughs? We linear thinkers are not always catered for by site designers.
