Do you have to worry about environmental concerns with those? I've heard that it's pretty common for the to leak hydraulic fluid into the surrounding ground. I was looking to buy an old Dodge dealership a few years ago, but passed because it had originally had these types of lifts, and the seller couldnt provide a clean environmental study.
