i got rough iddle for 2 months, and still dunno what it is, but replacing half engine just by guessing (sparks, coils, TPS, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, all vacuum hoses, PCV, temp sensor, injectors and so on...) well thats expensive! but checked half of that and turned to be ok...
