So I had my boyfriend take it back to that place again and they took the alternator apart and replaced the regulator...Turns out they just "guessed" because they didn't see anything else wrong w/it and figured if it's an intermittent problem, that it has to be the regulator. He hasn't put it back in my car yet, but fingers crossed!!! I don't wanna have to shell out more money for guesswork.
