2 Ton Chevy Driven by a mother who had her 6 year old daughter standing in the middle of the front seats, going WAYY to fast down my 30mph street, but was deemed my fault because in florida, if you back out of your driveway, and get hit, you were at fault, no matter what.
It also doesn't help that I have a row of palm trees between the sidewalk and the road, so I could only see 3 houses down, which was clear, IF she had been at the speed limit
