old tranny codes and such??
im sure i could pour over hours of posts to find an answer but i need a answer kinda quick. i have a teal 92 with 104000 in GREAT condition except my tranny is having a problem going into 4th from 3rd....i have to shift into N and back to D before i goes into 4th gear. It also has a slight rev from 1st to 2nd. I pulled the old codes but there are no new or current codes. Its flashing two old codes, an 11 and 23. Solenoid A and Engine revolution signal. Im not too sure what to look at. I recently put an In-line external filter on it. Im thinking the following are things to look at...
A. TPS needs adjusted
B. Brake band needs adjusted
C. Solenoid A is going
Any other opinions would be helpful.
