Engine temperature gauge dead zone
We know that there's a dead zone of maybe 20 degrees C in the engine temperature gauge.
Does anyone know whether this is built into the sender or the gauge circuit?
What is the thread in the sender?
I am lookign for the easiest way to "open" the dead zone - either by replacing the sender or installing a (digital?) additional temp gauge - maybe even utilizing the original sender.
