Ya know.. I just worked on my SVX yesterday.. to flush coolant. I noticed a clicking (instead of squealing) when running engine to heat/flush coolant. I put stop-squeek on the AC belt (which looked a little loose) .. and it stopped the clicking sound!
Hoping it's that belt! Will know today after work.. about 90 degrees here. I think the heat of sitting in high temps causes the AC to stress at first when starting up??? causing that belt to slip??? 
I'll know at 8 pm tonight when I get off.
