You're right, solar - Bond used to drive Aston Martins, but not for the past few films. The Vanquish is James' first Aston Martin in some time.
Anyway, rap videos excluded, I'm pretty sure that the first movie the Vanquish appeared in was
Tomb Raider, in June of 2001. At the time, it was just a concept car.
