my Tivo was $99, with 35 hours of storage (plenty for me). the HD Tivo is $$$$$. i'll wait for the prices to drop.  considering you can get a 160Gig harddrive for less than $100 now, prices for HD Tivo's will come down considerably in the next year or so. i'm going to be patient for once, and not buy the latest and greatest.
