well i ran it a month or so with out the packs and no ticks. so im assuming the packs are what are trying to cool and the fiberglass ball poping theory sounds logical. i will adventually redo the whole system. i found some smoother lower toned mufflers and resinators to install. as my set up. would be best for drag and track it gets great flow and a good aggresive sound.
