The fusible link is that final "stop-gap" that keeps from frying your entire system. You can pretty well be sure that there's some bad mojo goin' on when you blow that sucker, so, take good care in finding your problem.

What Randy said is true. We haven't bypassed or reconfigured any wiring. The additional positive wiring starts and stops where the original wires are connected. The 2 additional ground wires just supplement the inadequate ground wire already there
