A B-52 is hardly 'stealth.'

Anyway, even if this turns out to be
the Batmobile, I wouldn't worry about it until you see it in context. Remember that Batman always seemed to have a vehicle to suit his needs at the time, and the typical sleek Batmobile didn't exactly have a lot of ground clearance. So maybe this is just his offroad Batmobile.
