I believe it was stated earlier (or perhaps in some other thread) that you DO NOT have to be at Reading to win, but the transportation from Reading would have to be arranged and paid for by the winner.

Anyone, correct me if I'm wrong and/or point us to the post where that is stated. (I don't have time to look right now. )
