I went to England a couple of years ago for three weeks. I rented a Fiat and and Alfa Romeo with RHD. At first I thought it would be difficult, but after a couple of hours it became quite easy.
All your concentration was on an unfamiliar car, new controls, various signage, roundabouts, narrow streets, etc.
I think it would be harder to drive a familiar car (SVX) in an unfamiliar configuration (RHD). You are so used to operating controls and switches with certain hands.
After two weeks in England I felt comfortable on the roads, the M5 and the surrounding countryside. Then I took a short test drive in a UK 92 SVX in Knarlesborough/Harrogate and it was really strange and somewhat unnerving for a bit. It you don't think so, open your sunroof and tune your stereo with your left hand. Then roll down your window and rest your right arm on the sill.
Or just get into your SVX as you normally do and realize you have nothing in front of you but a blank padded dash
