Yes, get the generic harness. That has more than enough wire to span the radiator support.

The reason they do not make an H3 kit is that the H3 bulb is a 1 wire bulb. It grounds through the mounting base. Since every mounting base is attached and grounded differently from manufacturer to manufacturer, they wouldn't be able to put on the right ground harness to match every vehicle design. You could easily get a different kit, cut the socket off and add on high temp spade connectors to work with our H3 setup.
