The three fronts are the ones that really make everything up. That's where I chose to put my money. No real reason to dump lots of money into speakers that only play ambient sounds.

They'll eventually get upgraded, but they get the job done.


If you get the chance, take a listen to Paradigm's stuff. Price to quality, it's about the best I've found. IMHO they blow the snot out of most other competing brands. Very smooth tweets. I built my mother a system with the Studio 100's (WAY WAY out of my price range) and it's got to be one of the best sounding systems I've heard.

But all their lines sound amazing.
