People actually read my posts? Well you may be in luck. If I read your post right it looks like the seatbelt gets stuck in the position nearest your windshield. If so I would guess that switch is the problem. And that switch is the easiest to get to and replace. I would of course check your codes first, and pray it's not the back ones. Let me know if you need any further help.
