There probably was nothing draining the battery. The battery can go flat in the amount of time you specify through several alternative causes.
However, if you wish to check to be sure, disconnect one terminal and put an ammeter in series with the battery and the disconnected lead.
Edit P.S. If you do not have an ammeter a low wattage bulb in series will show up any load of real interest. If there is a drain the bulb will light up to a variable degree.
