Must be some weird Washington thing! The only time that I really take off my tires is when rotating them (brake are the occasional exception). When loosening the lugs for a rotation, they have always been very tight because of the last rotation.

I suppose that I could have missed one... I hope, in that case, that my lug didn't tag somebody's windshield on the freeway!
