i had the exact same issues whene i bought mine
right rear wheel bearing went bad
frount engine main seal went bad
and vavlve covers leaking oitl
the wheel bearing i think was 180.00
and frount enigne seal 450.00 plus he changed the timing belt also
u wil need to do the same the oil leaks on to the timing belt and thats not a good thing
i would waite on the valve covers unless they are pooring oil out,, mines isnt bad at all just alittle seapage.
go to a really well named mechanics shop and have it done it suld be cheaper
