Ride a bike, be a target.
Yes do a riders course, it may save your life. I started riding at 14, rode and raced everything till I was 54. A trucktrailer wanted all the road, and I became the One Armed Bloke. I would still be riding to-day, only for that.
Love the freedom of riding. But they are all out to get you. Start easy, appreciate the small amount of grip you have on the road, and life.
