I guess you are the one who Todd told me about... PM me your address and I will send out my loaner set of position sensors.. I have had intermittent sensor failures that would not result in error codes but similar drivability issues
As for the click, the EGR sol, IRIS sol. and evap sol. are all mounted under the manifold. If it is clicking and not throwing a code, it is working as it should be
