I took off the airbox attached to the trottle body. Bought a few cans of carb cleaner and sprayed away. I made sure I opened the throttle body and cleaned all around the throttle plate and the back of the plate. I then started the car and continued spraying. The car will idle.

Never had the problem again.

Oh, I also changed the fuel filter.
