Oh GOD, man don't do it, just forget about it, this happens here all the time!!! well it happened to my uncle, but that was with an "inheritance" amount and not with a car. I thought the car is in the same country... don't do it, just go and take your deposit back and forget all about this stupid deal...
BTW, my uncle paid so far 450,000$... he got scammed big time
They started by telling him there is a 50 million $ which needs to be laundered in another country (it is illegal, but doable over here). so they start by telling him something with the paperworks reached a dead end and need to bribe some employees in that other country... then they need $10000 to process the transactions... little by little they managed to suck dry him with $450000 !!
