The Robertson is the best screw driver ever invented. By a Canadian too eh?
It's a square tip which comes in different sizes and fits very tightly and precisely into the matching screw. Once on the end of the bit you can turn it sideways, shake it or whatever and it will not fall off the end of the screwdriver. The heads are very difficult to strip also.
